Ed KopkoEd Kopko, CEO

Prior to founding ULL Networks, Ed served as Chairman and CEO of Butler International for 23 years. Throughout his career in the innovation, design, and services industry, Ed has successfully delivered over $6 billion in engagements with a focus on helping an array of telecommunications clients. He has aided carriers in building and maintaining networks and has been a key player in the development and implementation of new communications technology.

Tony Breland

Tony Breland, VP Wireless Services

Tony brings 20+ years of experience in data networking, carrying a range of wireless proficiency as well as design, implementation, and deployment experience. Having played a key role in large-scale wireless implementations throughout the world, Tony has diverse technological expertise, including expertise in LTE, 3G, 2G, wireless backhaul, enterprise MAN concepts, and outdoor Wi-Fi mesh solutions. Additionally, he has addressed all aspects of spectrum allocation, network design, capacity injection, Internet connectivity, and service layers.

Mike Strobo

Mike Strobo, Senior VP

A veteran of the US Air Force, Mike began his career as a key contributor in the development and deployment of the Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN), one of the first high-speed IP networks for the Department of Defense. As a Technologist, Mike gained valuable experience evaluating and integrating new technology. He also designed and developed a global management infrastructure for managed worldwide accounts that has since been patented and is used today in a variety of industries. He is a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert.

Ken Meek

Ken Meek

Ken brings 27 years of experience to the ULL team with a background that includes engineering, operations, management and sales. Ken has previously worked for MCI (Verizon) where he started as a Data Engineer and moved quickly up the ladder to a 10-year stint as Manager supporting MCI’s new Managed Network Services Initiative. During his career, Ken has successfully migrated the company’s primary NOC from Virginia to North Carolina, then started a secondary NOC in Amsterdam. Ken also merged into sales management where he led a thriving Managed Products and Consulting Services sales team. 

Jim Floody

Jim Floody, VP Marketing

Jim brings over 20 years of marketing, marketing technology and information systems experience to ULL Networks. Jim has worked on a number of household brands including Georgia Lighting, a Home Depot Company, University of Notre Dame, Villanova University, Bank of Hawaii and Hawaiian Airlines. He was a Director of Marketing Systems and Applications at Bisk Education, providing strategic and operational leadership to a 140-person team of marketers. Jim was also Vice President of Marketing at Butler International with full responsibility of both the company’s marketing and those of Chief Executive magazine. Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Rhode Island and a Master’s of Science in Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University.
