3-Tier Remote Support

ULL Networks Remediation Services features a 3-Tier remote troubleshooting support system:

  • Tier 1: Handles all first-responder requests from customers and from the ULL Watch circuit management tool.
  • Tier 2: Includes both fault management and Tier 2 RF engineering support functions.
  • Tier 3: Senior-level RF engineering support provides final fault resolution.

Tiers 1, 2, and 3 provide troubleshooting of all circuit infrastructure problems, including:

  • Failure determination
  • Problem management support using problem ticket systems
  • Problem escalation and remediation
  • Support dispatch and local on-site assistance
